Refund policy

Return Policy (30 days) with 20% restocking fee applied.

The product you have purchased will be created according to the information provided. If the fitment is incorrect but was made based on your measurements, the cost to fix/remake will be your responsibility. All our spacer adapters (and non-stock hub rings) are made-to-order/custom-made, and as such it is not our policy to accept returns for such items. Non-custom made items (wheel bolts, solar cable, small items) may be returned so long as they are in a resaleable condition. We will require photos of the item to make this determination and for larger items, returns may not be available.

We will accept a return if:
- the product was wrongly produced due to our ability to deliver your needs. In such cases, we will require confirmation via photos/measurements etc. 
We DO NOT accept returns if:
- the item has been used, causing scratches/damage to the product
- you decided not to use it, or don't need it (change of mind)
- you used on non intended application and destroyed our product 
- you have damaged the product beyond repair
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS ARE NOT AVAILABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
Any return items will be customer expense.

We offer a one year manufacturing guarantee. Guarantee does not apply to vehicle with aftermarket performance enhancement such as suspensions upgrades, any large gain of horse power to the wheels.
